Online Seminar 42 (Dr. Ajay Mishra, Lincoln University, USA): 31 July @ 07:30 NST (AM)

Dear colleague and students,

Dr. Ajay Mishra, Assistant Professor at Lincoln University, Jefferson City, USA is going to deliver an online talk on 'Probing the Role of Cosmic Dust in the Galactic Environment' on 31 July 2020 @ 07:30 NST (AM). Dr. Mishra is the expert in the field of Dust in the interstellar medium. He has been working in this field for the last 12 years. His research work on the 'role of Carbon in the interstellar UV extinction' is one of the important works. He has published many research articles in the Nature Index Journals. NSF Research Initiation Award Winner Dr. Mishra has written a book for Springer as well!

I am really proud of being M.Sc. thesis supervisor during 2005. He had worked on 'Multi-wavelength Study of Huge Extended Microwave Emission in the COBE Map' and it was published as well. He was my first batch student!  I still remember his memorable efforts (musical program, sports, extracurricular activities, etc) as one of the deartest students in CDP, TU during 2005-2006.
