As per TU rule, all teaching materials prepared by teacher are under copy right of TU. Now it is going to be shifted in the cloud of the central domain (@tu.edu.np). Every students of TU are getting edu.np e-mail address. So, as a head, I can not allow to add it elsewhere. I have also told it to all faculties (not to share it in public domain). TU will have mooddle as LMS, where all students (who have tu.edu.np address) can have access to download teaching materials, legal books, etc. TU recently made agreement with Microsoft for free access of MS Office 365 A1 for 500,000 users. 

These videos (mp4) of classes are prepared by CDP faculties for their students, not for all. If students from other colleges wish to get it, they need permission from host college/teacher. For rest thing, it is nice! You have done good work. Two months back, there was no e-copyright rule in TU. Now we have it, therefore need to care it.

If it was okay with you, then I could post about app in Groups and if you could share from your side too, we could have data on current affiliation and thesis title from old students if possible. Thus, we could combine our old database and new one Database with full information . I saw in Some FacebookGroup sharing link as Madhav sir and Binil sir Lecture videos but as I click it need your permission to access it. 

If I could be provided with those videos, I could upload in app and anyone can watch even those who couldn't attend online class easily form app. But these videos couldn't  be accessed outside the app or from any social Media ( Facebook / Youtube else ).
