Online Class/Activity Survey: Humbly Need your Opinion!

Dear students, 

In last 2 weeks, I became able to conduct/host 35 classes/seminars/discussions (spent about 55 hours in Zoom with more than 480 students/faculties throughout the nation) that you know. We learned a lot in the process. I learned so many things. There are limitations as well. I revisited all activities, recordings and finally prepared a questionnaire for the improvements. 

In addition, I would like to give the inputs to the TU authorities, UGC and Ministry of Education as well. They should listen our voice as soon as possible! 

I need your cooperation to make my effort successful. Here I have attached a three page long pdf file. You need to read it and just click the best options (like multiple choice questions) and write the exact location of your place. You can do it within 5 minutes! After clicking on it, I suggest to name your file by giving your village/town/city/district's name, save it and send it to me via e-mail.

Please do not post this attachment in facebook. This survey is not for the popularity, this is opinion pole of Physics family. 

I should say thanks to my faculties (Raju sir, Narayan sir, Gopi sir, Deepak Subedi sir, Madhav sir, and Sanju Madam') and students/faculties (CDP, PMC, MMAMC, PNC, AC, BMC & SNSC) for their effort in this crucial time.
 
I will come up with future online class/seminar routine tomorrow for all colleges.
