   I visited sparrow SMS office today and discussed it with payment issue. They have confirmed that there was miscommunication. The total charges for yearly renew is 2,815 with Vat and Tax and the cost of one SMS is 1.40. I have attached here the payment bill for account renew and 1,000 SMS Units bill. They have asked to forward the voucher once payment is done and they will resume the service.  We have discussed thoroughly and the whole symmetry team has decided to dedicate symmetry to Lev Landau.
