The operator activated Service before it was renewed or payment was made as I assured her that payment will be made in Next day once your staff to collect cheque or Cash. She told me that our Accountant didn't make the payment and said that due to audit and internal work, payment will be delayed and won't be possible very soon.

As she has activated service as a good and kind gesture on my request, now she is in pressure and question are being raised on why she activated service without payment from our Department. She even tried to contact you as our accountant has told her to do so, but it was being switched off. So she was seeking for a solution and wants to know if payment could be made any sooner as the question has been raised against her in office.
