Rule is rule, I can not add anyone in the list now. Her score was much below, two applicants were above her. In almost all editorial board there was one girl, Apsara was alone there. I think recommending anyone is not good. Eight is the uppermost limit.

She was part of My project on Thesis and Students Database where she did commit herself and contributed maximum effort. She is a team player and possesses leadership skills.
With two female members, it will also help Sarita to share and communicate among themselves and feel very comfortable. Also, with her in our board, with her obsession to commit to work and ability to speak, it will improve our quality of work during interviews, translation and even in articles plagiarism identification. So if it is possible, I humbly request to add her to our team.

We have discussed thoroughly and decided the role of members of editorial boards as follow in this Sunday program
  1. Sanjeev Shakota [ Presentation on our history and development ]
  2. Sarita Lawaju [  Welcome ]
  3. Sagar Rawal [ history of Symmetry & Announcement for an upcoming issue]

We are discussing Physicsit which should be the cover page of our next symmetry. We are sure, we'll come up with the name before our next meeting.
