Reminder: Ph.D. First Semester Seminar Examination begins from Tomorrow!

Ph.D. First semester seminar examination will be held during 6-8 Asoj 2076. Exam schedule is attached herewith. I hope you all have filled the form and submitted it to the department as well as sent it to me.

Time: 12:30 (Sharp)

Things to remember:
(1) This is your 3 CH exam conducted by IoST, TU.
(2) Your presentation and Q/A will be evaluated.
(3) There will be Q/A session after the presentation.
(4) Presentation and Q/A should be strictly in English.
(5) You need to bring e-copies of your Ph.D. thesis, Journal article, review article, etc. Experts may ask questions from those documents and you may need to show these documents.
(6) All First Semester students should attend and learn from each other. We need to send your attendance to the Dean Office as well.
(7) You need to bring 5 copies of print out of your slides (2 slides/page) during the examination.
(8) You need to submit e-copy of your presentation slide electronically within 3 days of your examination.
