Ph.D. First Semester Seminar Examination Schedule: 6-8 Asoj 2076

Dear First Sem Ph.D. students,

Ph.D. First semester seminar examination will be held during 6-8 Asoj 2076. Exam schedule is attached herewith. Here I have attached a form for the seminar examination. You need to fill it and send it to me electronically till 2 Asoj 2076. 

Things to remember:
(1) This is your 3 CH exam conducted by IoST, TU.
(2) Your presentation and slides will be evaluated. 
(3) There will be Q/A session after the presentation.
(4) Presentation and Q/A should be strictly in English.
(5) You need to bring e-copies of your Ph.D. thesis, Journal article, review article, etc. Experts may ask questions from those documents and you may need to show these documents.
(6) All students should attend and learn from each other. We need to send your attendance to the Dean Office as well. 
(7) You need to bring 5 copies of print out of your slides (2 slides/page) during the examination.
(8) You need to submit your presentation slide electronically within 3 days of your examination.
