I suggest to send final corrected pdf file of your term paper as soon as possible. We need to send it to the External and Internal Examiner for evaluation before the presentation. The name of the file should be as follows:

Example: Suppose your guide is Gopi Chandra Kaphle and your name is Ependra Tamang, name your pdf file as 
GopiChandraKaphle_EpendraTamang.pdf
(GuideName_YourName.pdf)
