Reminder: Term Paper Viva Examination

Dear Third Sem students,

Term paper final examination will begin from tomorrow at 13:00. I would like to remind you that the classes will be held till 13:00. I have requested other faculties to manage their classes during 12:30 to 13:15 as well.  Non-thesis students are suggested to attend the program. There will be attendance as well. 

The general instruction for are as follows:
(1) Those who are giving exam should bring admit card of third semester examination.
(2) We suggest to prepare pdf file of your presentation, and need to add your file in the system laptop. Therefore should at 13:00 (sharp)
(3) You will have 10 minutes for presentation. You will be notified 2 minutes before. After the presentation, external, internal examiners and HoD (myself) will ask questions. You should address questions. If times permits, interested faculties can ask questions. 
(4) You will get written comments from the external and internal examiners. You need to revise your report as per their comments before final submission to the department.
(5) The final form of the term paper should be in Hard Cover Bind form.  
(6) Supervisors should attend the program. Final revised version of the Term Paper should be checked by the supervisor.
