Reminder: Ph.D. Second Semester Seminar Examination (18-20 Asar, 2076)

Dear Second Semester Ph.D. Students,

I would like to remind you that Ph.D. second semester seminar examination (viva-voce) will be held during 18-20 Asar 2076 during 13:00-16:00. Find schedule attached herewith. 

I suggest examines to come to the seminar hall before 13:00 with 5 printed copies of your presentation slides. You will have 20 minutes time for presentation in the format given to you, which are as follows:

Title: title, your name, registration number and supervisors
Content: It should contain Literature Review part and Progress Report part
Introduction: Brief
Literature Review: at least one
Objective: You should show objectives of your Ph.D. work
Progress during Second Semester: elaborate this
Plan for next semester

Your Seminar will be evaluated in 4 categories:
Literature Review (25%)
Work Progress (25%)
Presentation (25%)
Q/A (25%)

You will have 20 minutes for the presentation, should be strictly in English. 

Note: CDRC suggest all PhD students to attend the seminar examination, particularly the first semester students.
