Format: UGC Letter for Dissertation Student's Proposal

Dear third semester dissertation students,

Those who wish to apply for 'dissertation fellowship', need to fill form available in the UGC webpage. Proposal should be re-written as UGC format. 

You need two letters from me (HOD) for the application. I have attached those two letters here. I suggest to 
(1) fill these two forms carefully and
(2) go to the supervisor for signature and finally 
(3) come to me for my signature

Remember: You need to submit a photocopy of application form and  proposal (both single bind form) to the department as well. 

I will be available at the department from Sunday after 2 PM.
