I have gone through pdf of your proposal and suggest the following:

>> I have changed the title.
>> I have re-written methods section with a flow chart. Add this (remove all that you have written).
>> I have re-written objectives. Replace it.
>> I am sending a section for literature review section. Add this section in the literature review.
>> Multiple citation is not good for the proposal. I suggest to reduce it. Re arrange the reference section. The format that you have adopted is good.

Find attachment for addition. After revision, send pdf of your final proposal to me. I will be at CDP till 13:00 tomorrow.
