I have revised your proposal. Go through the attachment and correct it carefully (reference citation is incorrect.. please follow the format).

The revisions are as follows:
>> Title has been changed.
>> A new section  has been added regarding star formation rate of galaxies.
>> I have shortened several sections of introduction which is not really necesary.
>> A new flow chat has been added. You will exactly follow the methods given as in the flow chart.
>> Objectives is completely revised.

Tomorrow I will be at CDP during 11-13 and then go to Central Office for a meeting and come back at 16:00. So please prepare the page where I need to sign.

I am revising Prashrit's proposal, will sent to him soon.
