Proposal Submission Deadline: 23 Nov 2018 (Friday)

Dear Third Sem students,

I would like to remind you the deadline for Proposal for M.Sc. Dissertation, which is till this Friday (23 Nov 2018) 4 PM. NO dissertation proposal will be expected if it is NOT submitted within this friday. 

You should remember following things:

(1) Dissertation proposal should strictly follow the format. I am attaching two proposals (of last year) here. Carefully look at the reference citation in the text, reference list, figure captions, table captions and equations. The dissertation proposal should contain the following:
Title page
Content page
Introduction/Background
Literature Review
Objectives
Methodology/Methods
Preliminary Work (optional): if you have already started your work, you can write preliminary findings here. 
Expected Outcome
Work Plan
References
Supervisor(s)

(2) I suggest to show your supervisor regarding the format. Supervisor should sign on it. Supervisor will sign only when you have written proposal as per the format. 

(3) Proposal should be submitted to the administration of the department with an application and in binding form.

(4) You should submit e-version (pdf) of your proposal to me. 

(5) Be careful while adding reference! List only those references that you have actually followed. Later (during presentation) you will be asked to show pdf of all reference articles that you have listed.   

Here I have last year's two proposals. If you look carefully these proposals, you can get point regarding the format.
